A disputa começou na Overpass, e um quad-kill de Johannes "nex" Maget deu a vantagem inicial a BIG. Não demorou para Windigo empatar, mas logo a BIG retomou a vantagem do placar

The German squad quickly took the advantage back, though, as they took economic control after losing three rounds in a row and started to rack rounds of their own. Getting close to the half, Windigo got back into it, with Georgi "SHiPZ" Grigorov putting in a big four-kill round in a misplay on B by BIG to help his team take the 8-7 lead.

BIG took the lead back in the second half, winning a pistol round on A and following it up with two rounds, putting the scoreboard at 10-8. Having won the first gun round, BIG then started to run away with the half, taking the following eco and then putting up a wall on the second gun round contesting different parts of the map and coming out on top. Ultimately, nex won a 1vs3 clutch to get BIG on match point, which the German team was able to convert for a 1-0 lead.
